ListingFinds.com is an online classifieds marketplace where individuals and businesses advertise items and services for sale, and where buyers can contact sellers. ListingFinds.com is a listing and advertising service. We are not a party to sales between buyers and sellers, and we do not hold buyer or seller funds.
Information we collect: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and the login details you create. When you post a listing, we collect the details you provide (title, description, price, location, and photographs) and publish the listing as you approve it. When you contact us or respond to a listing through the website, by email, or by phone, we keep the content of that communication and your contact details so we can respond. Like most websites, our hosting and security services automatically record technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it: to operate accounts and listings, publish approved listings, respond to inquiries, protect the security of the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not publish sellers’ personal phone numbers or email addresses in listings; public listings show ListingFinds.com’s contact information.
Sharing: We share personal information only as needed to operate the service (for example, with the website, email, and phone service providers who help us run it) or where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies: The website uses cookies necessary for it to function (for example, keeping you signed in) and cookies set by services embedded in the site. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Retention and protection: We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We use reasonable safeguards, with access limited to our team.
Your rights: You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or withdraw consent where the law allows. Contact us at info@listingfinds.com or 1-866-561-2688, or write to ListingFinds.com, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
This policy is intended to comply with applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act, and with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
